white/transparent stuff sticking out of dadio's butt (Laubuka dadiburjori)

I have been feeling a bit paranoid lately, since some of my new fish had diseases.

I was observing one of my dadios tonight and noticed some white stuff coming out of his anus (I think that's where his butt is). It's not hard, looks really soft and "fluffy", moving with the water flow and the fish swimming

I tried to take a picture, but they move a lot and it's hard to get a clear image.

He is eating well and doing fine in general.

Could he have intestinal parasites? Or is it something related to his reproductive organs?

Tank water : PH 7, 0 amonia, 0 nitrites, 5 nitrates, 0 phosphates, regular WC (last one 2 days ago), TDS 150

cant tell anything from pictures, need clear pictures that are in focus and have the fish in a normal tank so it isn't distorted by the curved glass.

there is no way i can do that

the only thing i have is a smartphone and they always move, even camping for ten hours in front of the tank i would not be able to have a single picture just in front of the glass and focused on this tiny thing (tank is a fluval flex so it is a bit curved too) i'm doing my best here sorry

Tried to take "better" pictures in QT tank today

So still hard to see but it looks like 2 little transparent things in V shape sticking out, and "puffed"

So update i'm using internal worms med just in case, but i saw im poop today and it's looking good, no white stringy poop
