My two divided 10 galoons containing my bettas seem to have some white stringy fuzzies on the bottom, i'm thinking fungus but i wanted to be sure. What course of action should I take?

Any chance of pictures? Do they look like worms, or algae, are they moving on their own, or just in the current? How long have the tanks been set up and what are your water parameters?

just moving in the current. Tanks have been set up for a few months, i noticed this started happening after i started feeding brine shrimp, could excess shrimp be causing this?

I've had one of those before. They're tiny like a millimeter in length, right? It was ich for me. Try using some Mardel Coppersafe. It works, and it's the best stuff ;).
