Yesterday I noticed this spots on my fish's fins. I have two fishes, only this one has these for now. It's a male, three tails, less than an year old.

Just watch him and see if any new spots appear anywhere else. The spots are on the rays of the fin, which suggests they are cysts from injuries - maybe caused by the other goldfish. They don't look like ich parasites to me, although it's hard to diagnose with a photo.

Have you added any new fish recently?

Not recently, they've been together for months, only these two. The other doesn't have any of these spots. They don't look like ich to me looking to the pictures I found, because these aren't pimple-like dots, they are only on the fins, and "blurry" in a way

Ich would have to come from somewhere. Those look like injuries to me, as the cysts are right on the fin rays. i would watch the interactions with the other fish.

I’ve seen that on fish before and I thought for sure it was ich but it wasn’t . It never spread and never got worse but I did the salt treatment and maybe that’s why . I think Gary is right in what he said .

It is almost certainly not ich and it is most likely scar tissue from fin ray fracture, as others have suggested. Very common in 'fancy' goldfish whose fins are exaggerated. I find it's more noticeable in hyaline (clear) fins such a the dorsal of your young fish.

Does it go away on its own? Do i have to do anything or is it better to leave it alone?

Like all scar tissue, it's probably there for life. It isn't a problem to the fish, and isn't something that will get worse unless the fish are fighting and there are more injuries. It's cosmetic, harmless and probably permanent.
