White Spots Growing All Over Tank

I have the weird white spots growing all over the sides of my tank and my driftwood. I scraped them all of and thought they were gone, then I come home today and see like 30 of them. What are they?

Well I can't get pictures to work here for some reason. But they are basically just a tiny little white spot. There's nothing too them, just flat and circular.
