White Spots All Over My Tank

I have white spots on all my tank it take about 2 days to start to build up, is it some sort of bacteria? or am i feeding my fish to mutch and the food is turning the to messy white stuff and sticking to my tanks?

could be baby snails or fresh water nerites/limpets etc.
