White inners

Hi there.

I have a shrimp looking like this. It has a white body within its belly and I'm growing wary it may infect other shrimps if it dies within the tank. Can somebody confirm?

Yeah I tried to get a better picture but my camera is not so good. It's still alive so I'm just being observant
