hmm you think they would do well with the angels? if so then Hmm..

I was stuck between diamonds and rummy, but went with diamonds :)

I am not sure why any of those tetras would do any better or worse with angel fish, besides the diamonds as they are a broad tetra with finnage, that likely move slower and would be more of a target for angels.  Seems to me the faster the school, the better, when dealing with very slow moving cichids.   I'd say rummynose, x-rays, penguin, buenos aires fits well here as well.  On the same note, a broad tetra is harder to swallow whole, so make sure if you are going with a slender fish that they are big enough to not go down the gullet of an angel lol.

They aren't really aggressive. If it can't fit in it's mouth then it should be fine. The only time you may get problems is if they start breeding.
Compared to most cichlids of its size it is actually quite peaceful

Imn meant bto say the ARENT agressive

What do you want the tetras for? i mean it do you want a tight schooling fish then buy the rummynose tetra but if you want fish to swim near each other but not very tight then buy the flame or diamond tetra.

By the way i voted rummynose, no tank is complete without them IMO.
