Which Tank?

I curantally have a jewel 125 tank and want to go bigger .... i have mesured and can go to about 1m20cm so have decided for about 300l tank.
Now iam looking for second hand but love the fluval osaka Linkey below..

But we have cats so the missus dont want the open top, so i say i will cover with perspex but she still not convinced and dont like the hanging light


So i also like the Aqua Regency 120 but she prefers the darker colour (which the 120 does not come in only the Regency 100) so now stuck.
I want 300l and a nice cabinet but love the curved corners style.

Does anyone have any other recommendations, or out of the two i have found which are the better tank.
I love the fluval but worries about the hanging light and no lid problem

seem to have a good selection of tanks and im sure they would have something

well i have told the missus i want the fluval as its sooo nice and will have to make a perspex lid to stop swimming cats
