Which Light Would Be Best For Me?

Ok, so I was looking on Amazon for lighting on my 20 Long and have come down to 3 choices.

All 3 are within my budget but I am worried about weather or not I need CO2. I have never done CO2 before and am worried that it will be expensive. If I go for the single T5 strip will it be enough for my 20 long to be low tech and work with most plants or should I go for the dual T5 or dual T8? I would prefer to keep this under 70 since I have to buy a heater (Looking at the new Fluval one that came out not to long ago) and CO2 depending if I am over 2WPG.

Opinions? (Most of my plants will be low-medial in lights). I plan to buy the lights tonight depnding on responses in next hour or so.

Mine is working fine for me and gives good light.
I also have a coralife fixture and will never buy another.
