Which Internal Filter?

Hi Guys

What internal filter would you recommend for an Aqua Cube 40 litre tank?

it comes with the supplied Aqua flow 100 but only has a very small sponge media basket.

I was wondering whether something like a Fluval U2 would be too powerfull?

Any suggestions.
