So my new 30 gallon is set up and running fine. I am watching the stats carefully and planning my next fish. I plan to start small like a single fish and then add from there once things mature again. This tank is cloned from my 10 gallon with its mature filter media (4-6 months old). Tanks running 2 filters, the marineland eclipse 3 filter hood (runs very very well, looks to be high GPH) and a Fluval +2. I am thinking among the lines of ONE of the below:

3 oto (bring up the total to 6)
6 Cory (may hold this off till later when tank re matures a bit)
2 Platy (saw some pretty platy that look cool. Red platu with white around belly and black specks on white belly)
1 Bolivian Ram
6 Rasbora (thinking harlequin or rummy nose)
6 tetras (again thinking best to hold off till later)
1 BN Pleco (thinking may be bad idea with oto in tank)
1-2 Koi Swordtail
1-2 Honey Gourami

These are possible options that I may or may not take later but am wondering if i did add what would be the most ideal at this time. Sig says that I have 7 molly but at this time 6 of them are still small at 1.5in and some of them will be given away as they grow older (thinking at 2in).

Also tank runs at PH of 7 and 75-80 degrees.

EDIT: Hmmm thought this was tropical discussion, if a mod could move this for me that would be great

With mollies already in the tank, I would try the rasboras next. At a pet store they are usually quite small and even when they get to a decent size they are a very tough and peaceful fish.

and if you go for harlequins they are pretty little things :)
