bolivian
german blue (the most colourful)
gold (rarer)

all rams have big personalities

There are only two species of Rams:

German Blue Rams (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi) come in the normal blue or Gold (Gold are a colour morph). Also come in a balloon form.

Gold

Bolivian Rams (Mikrogeophagus altispinosus) come in the normal silver n gold only.

Andy is right, the Gold is just a colour morph. They both come under the name Mikrogeophagus Ramirezi.

They can be keep in a pair/trio or on there own
