Where's The Carbon

I thought it was it the bag with the black bits in but after Reading online I think also the top black pad. I'm treating my tank with meds and m sure summit in my filter is extractig it as it doesn't seem to be working well.

Carbon pads are only useful in their purpose for a short period of time so if the filter has been running a while I doubt it is the pad that is removing meds. Worth a try though.

they can sometimes be black sponges, anyway i hope you are removing it. di
