I SHOULD READ THE RULES FIRST BUT I WILL GIVE IT A BASH , I FOULD A BREEDER OFF CORYDORAS STERBAI IN MY LOCAL KEIGHLEY TO MY DELIGHT , NOW DOES ANY ONE KNOW OFF A TROPICAL FISH SITE WITH LISTS OFF BREEDERS IT WOULD BE A WINNER ( I THINK) OR WOULD IT DAMAGE THE INDUSTRY

Always worth reading the rules, they're not that long. 
 
Breeders tend to advertise through various places, sites like aquabid and aquarium classifieds. They'll also list their stock on the livestock section of forums if they're active there.
 
It's difficult to maintain a list of breeders otherwise as although there are many who regularly breed certain fish there are also a huge number of hobbyists who have stock available intermittently. I for instance have a batch of ellioti on the way, but they're not ready at the moment.

you may wish to turn your CAPS off as that is considered as "SHOUTING", and I am sure you are not intending that

 
There are also some Corydoras sites that breeders register on, especially if they are breeding specialised Corys.
 
What tank/s do you have currently?
