brineshrimp, you can grow your own, micro worms you can easily cultivate your own, look for 5teady as he sells micro worm cultures

oh i won't bother frozen are the same thing but easier to eat lol

the micro worms are brilliant, you just whip up some porridge with a little yeast,,,,then add the micro worms,,,,and just whip up a new batch every 5 week or around, the smaller fish love it, my guppys would go crazy for it, and its great for small fry

Well, you can raise a type of shrimp and use the babies as live food. As for the blood works, since they are larvea, I'd just buy frozen. If you don't want to raise shrimp just buy frozen brine shrimp, no difference, both will be vigerous attacked.

You can culture a lot of your own LF.
