Thanks for that Tokis, I've been to the Watermarque in Taunton but not the 1 in Yeovil.

I am very much the impulse buyer ( just can't help myself ) so I better take my credit card I guess when I go there !

no way id buy from the taunton one its gone right down hill the staff are rude the fish are ill kept and very dull in color not sure about the yeovil one not been there we have a nice maidenhead just outside of taunton on the way to wellington very helpful nice fish stock but no plecs for now .....psycho

Does anyone know whether the dechlorinator instantly neutralizes the water, or should you swoosh it around a little?

And also can adding too much dechlorinator cause any harm?

Dechlor acts instantly, so it is fine to add it to the tank and then add water straight to it. I would assume you could add too much and hurt the fish, but some people double dose with no ill effects, so you would probably have to go mad with the stuff to cause an adverse reaction.
