When Will My Livebearer Drop Again?

ok my swordfish dropped around 20-30 fry last night. I have a question. When will she drop again. I think i recall people sawing from other posts that they drop every 3 weeks after a drop. Or is it a month after a drop? I am not sure.

Does anyone have an idea.

Have you got a place to home these fry? Swordtails generally need a 3 foot tank

nope are in a breeding net...keeping them there for 1-2 months before letting them go in the community tank

er... they will get big pretty quick ... they dont even need the net ... unless u got biger fishies in ther

You can only really keep them in that net for 1-2 weeks MAX

A swordtail can drop fry as often as every 4 weeks if the next batch start developing right away. Starting that soon is rather rare so figure 5 to 6 weeks.
