See your other thread. Get it going now, and get it stable at 30ppm, it wont do any harm with nothing in there and it gives you a chance to get things sorted before the plants arrive.

Usually you cant adjust the rate of CO2 with a diy mix. With a ladder you can alter the height of the airline so it travels further/less.

As for plants, wait till tomorrow

how do i test for the ppm of co2?

i have about 2 bubbles per minite of c02 for a 275 lts tank is this any good

You need to measure your pH, then get a KH test kit. This will measure the carbonate hardness.

Then use this site:
