When Is My Honey Gourami Doing This?

i got a male honey gourami today to go with my female.hes not been in there long but he has gone up to my rams and started touching them with the 2 long things (not sure what they are called) why is he doing this??

those are just feelers, he's probably just curious. Totally harmless behavior.

The feelers are sensory organs. He is investigating his surroundings. It's quite funny watching 2 gouramis feeling each other!
