When Do I Add Fish?

I lost three tropical fish (2 platies and a guppie.). Now I have 3 tetras, an angel and one cat. How long do I wait to add fish? (I had put too much Amolock in the tank, and poisoned them ). But now Amonia, and nitrite are 0, and the PH is 7.

Once you are sure that ammonia and nitrite are zero and holding at zero, you can quite happily add more fish, provided you are not over-stocking. I'd suggest your first step is to make up your schools of tetras and the catfish if its a cory (you don't say what sort it is) - you should have a minimum of 6-8 fish in a school.
