Whats Wrong With My Plec?

I just noticed this weird thing on my plec today. What is it??

The pink blotch can be columaris, ulcer are pink with a circling of white dead skin around the edges.
Its bacterial though.
Can you issolate the plec for treatment.

Yes columnaris can be deadly to everyting in your tank if thats what it is....it could also be a cyst i suppose though, or worst case a tumor.

i just searched that "c" word and it does not sound or look like anything i read. it looks like some sort of growth.

Need a bacterial med but not sure on meds in japan.
