Whats Wrong With My Fish?

One of my bettas is now very listless, its not eating it either stays mostly at the bottom of the tank or floats near the top at times it looks like its not alive, the colour has also become dull, it was an earthy red before, and when it drops to the bottom it literally does so like its dead, it just drops not caring what position its in.

Its now is a seprate tank of two gallons.

Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
What do you feed the fish.
Does the betta look bloated.
Being pale and listless can also be signs of bacterial infection.

not surprising really.... i hate to be the jackass of this thread.......

considering how these poor bettas were kept, there was not much hope. follow our advice next time......

this really disgusts me really, as i called it that he would be here asking for help when problems arose.
