What’s up with my female guppy?

So my female guppy has been like this for 3 days. At first I thought she was pooping and maybe birthing on Thursday, but when I came back into work after a 3 day weekend, she has 2 red things coming out of her and her birthing canal looks like it’s open. Any ideas? She’s swimming and eating. Just wondering if she has been in that condition for the last 3 days?!
