Whats This? Is It An Urchin?

Was just looking around my tank and found this thing? Not sure what it is looks like a little ball covered in suckers or polyps? It gets blown around in the current quite easily. But when behind the rocks it can stay still? Its about a quater inch across

Doesn't look much like an urchin to me... More like some type of coral base, but really not too sure.

It might be a majano anemone

I think your right AK77 - Ive taken it out, it was free floating so was easy enough to grab. Even if it wasnt I dont want to risk it being dangerous.
