Whats Going On?!?

arrr you live here in bournemouth?
where did you buy them from?
the store in boscome, after it all happened he had spotted it in some of his tanks he was very good about it all.

we were just saying because so many fish shops say oh yes they dont get big, then you end up with a 18inch plec

ok also was you tank cycled befor adding the fish?

Sorry yes it was, i do trust the store i go to, he does tel us if it is not a good idea to get something.

many agressive fish are fine as juvi's, when they reach 1 year to 18 months you'll come downstairs one morning to a bloodbath

noooooooooo

sorry but it's true

perhaps you should rethink who you trust, obviously i don't know the shop, but he's cl;early sold you fish that are not suitable and has given bad advice re meds -_-

no they were in 2 tanks at the store, 2 in one and 2 in another, we had them for a few days and they did not appear to be aggressive at all.
cor blimey, well i trust the store i go to, i do look around tho, i think its going around down here in bournemouth, as i have seen it in a few stores.

BGKs are a nocturnal species though so they may well have shown aggression to each other at night, if your water parameters are fine, then the whitespot could well have been caused by the fish getting stressed

i know clown loach are suseptable to things like that from my partners dads experience.
Admittedly the nitrite levels are a little high due to fish droppin at a rapid rate.
