Siamese algae eater. ;)

They're a medium sized sucker-mouthed fish that is often sold as algae eaters when little but as they grow they become evil eyeball-sucking monsters. :p

Nah, they're not evil, they're just doing what nature intended... eating limited amounts of algae and trying to suck other fishes' slime coats off... :/

You are thinking of a Chinese Algae Eater (CAE) SPLiSH, not a Siamese (SAE).

Rodders, CAE are the evil swines and will do as SPLiSH says. The SAE should cause you no major problems.

Siamese.....

Chinese.....

Very different fish, despite the very similar names.

I agree with what the baldranger said about SAE. I have had absolutely no problems other than having lose a couple. I'm trying to find more now. If you do go to buy them, make sure you get the real thing as there are 2 other fish that look very similar but won't do much with algae. Here is a good site that describes them so you know how to identify them.

As for the abbreviations, here is a good pinned topic on them.
