Well i suppose it is in my hubbies eyes he bolted the pit fire down so no one could touch it..never known nothing like it in my life as the words i got was..i never ask to do anything otherwise, he hates gardening, he'll design it and do the hard graft but regarding looking after plants it's a no go.

You have such a nice big yard! I miss my big yard. Now we have a 9000sq ft yard

That’s just the front yard, the backyard is 3x bigger.
we used to have 6 acres, but decided our land and built a new much larger house, now we have 3.5 acres. With all this grass we need a a big mower so we bought this one last year. I love it!

are you talking about those raised beds?
we can’t grow anything in the ground, we have solid clay.
i have a back in ground gardens, but even for that we had to dig 2ft down and fill it with topsoil. And all I can grow in that is squash, cucumbers, and melons.

I planted carrots and peas, still way to early for corn here.

Corn is in the greenhouse for 2 weeks to just in case it freezes (I dont think it will)

We just put together 2 small greenhouses too

My wife decided to plant only tomatoes after what happened last year. Hope the animals will stay away. I am going to put up a fence around the raspberry plants to protect them.

Well tomato foliage is poisonous to most animals, so I think you will have good luck.
