What Watt?

Just found a bargain 24x12x12 tank for £10. Seller used to breed angels has numerous tanks at a good price. I was just wondering if one 50W heater will do a tank of this size.

I think a 50W would struggle during colder weather to keep the tank at the right temp.

A rough guide is 1W per L, the tank works out at 57L so I'd go for a 75W heater.

Agreed, a 50w would just about manage but it would only take a cold night to lower the temp.
