I have a red shrimp (bought as a CRS but she is a very vibrant red all over). She had babies around 1-2 weeks ago. I'm not sure what she bred with as she was berried when I bought her but the babies seem to be different colours AND sizes. Some look almost new born while some look almost 3 weeks old and colouring?! The babies are; clear, speckled red, brown and blue?! I thought all the babies would be near enough the same colour. I'll try and get some pics as they get bigger.

Would love to see some pics. Normally, if they breed with another color, the shrimplets will be a brownish color. They only breed with their own breed but colors could have been cross bred.

Thank you for your reply, and congratulations on winning tank of the month
I've managed to get a few pics while cleaning them out this morning. Not very good quality but it's the best I could do. You can't really see the 'hue' of colouring from this angle, and please excuse my guppy fry lol
*edit*
Apparently the files are too large to be uploaded! If you give me your email address I can send them via that?
