What Type Of Severum Is This?

Two different shops out of the 98 shops and counting that we have, that is a VERY small percentage and when you slap a bad name on 'maidenhead aquatics' it effects all of us, at least say which branch it is and if they dont listen, why not write to head office that oversees all the shops?

It would be pointless putting the label 'Green Acara' on the tank because thats just another common name that means nothing, if it is a hybrid then it shouldnt have a common name, if it is a blue acara x green terror then they are in for a shock, i'd be interested to know which branch it is, i'll ring them myself if you would like will tell them to buck up lol

It wasent a Hybrid it was a Aequidens coeruleopunctatus but labelled as a Laetacara curviceps (and still are despite me telling them).

I'm not complaining, I was just responding to a comment.

Some new pics of my baby Sev

I just rehomed my Green Sev + Firemouth and got myself 2 x Juvi Festivum's and a true Blue Acara (I already have a Green Acara)

with the Rainbow Cichlid

Note in this pic he is about a foot closer to the Camera,the Gold Sev is ALOT bigger,the baby one is about the half the size of the Gold Sevs tail,maybe smaller

and on the subject of maidenhead, you cant necasarily speak for all of the shops. the one here was mean about another lfs i go to and told everyone lies about them, when maidenhead are really bad at service and laveling the tanks, the other lfs is a family owned one with great selection and deals. anyway the other lfs rang maidenhead to complain, he got a formal apology from the owner of the maidenhead brand and was told if they continue they will all loose their jobs.
does that sound like mature helpfull staff to you?

Cool they look the same plus the yellow fins and stuff

Only diffence is mines bars never fade! hes getting yellow in his body and blue in his face now to.

He seems to like the Festivums i added hes swimming around with them,they are only half a inch big half the size of my little Sev!

hes definitely grown a little

My young ones showed all their barring for quite a while, plus in my experience Rotkiel youngsters seem to take longer to settle in than greens and golds. Infact one of mine still shows barring a lot of the time, even when not stressed.
