What Type Of Moss Do Shrimp Like

i have amano shrimp and have been offered 2 bamboo shrimp, what type of moss do they like, i have been told java moss but it comes in balls, do i need something to plant it in/on?

It's some amazing stuff, really. With some mesh, like plastic netting, it can form a multitude of three-dimensional shapes around objects.

The old fishing line (or thread) and driftwood (or a suiting, different surface) will suffice, by tying it onto the hosting surface. The moss will quickly creep about the surface it's tied onto, and likely continue to try spreading from there onward.
