What To Get Next?

This Thursday I'm probably going to go out and get another fish, or maybe a finch (bird), haven't decided which. I'm still debating. My tank is 75 gallons and is 17 inches tall, 17.5 inches wide and 48 inches long. Its an Amazonian Blackwater biotope setup with dark gravel, plastic plants, and some fake driftwood. In this tank I currently have:

1 Red Hook (full grown)
2 Silver Dollars (about 2.5 inches long)
2 Neon Tetras (rest died in tank acclimation)
1 Red-eyed Tetra (rest died of old age)
5 Jewel Tetras
2 Angel Fish (small)
1 Brown Ghost Knife Fish
1 Sailfin Pleco (about 3 inches long)

What fish should I get next, if any?
Amazonian fish only please.

I'd add to the neon group, 3-4 more, then a few more red-eyes, too, if you still like them.

You do realize that the BGK will eventually eat all the swallowable fish in the tank with him. The tetras (and possibly the silver dollars and angels too depending on how fast they grow and how big the BGK is) will eventually be dinner.

Our Brown Knife is still fairly small yet. I'd estimate him at about 3-4 inches. Thanks for the imput and suggestions though.

Knifefish swallow their food so even though he is small, if he can get them in his mouth, he can eat them.
