Last night i realised my molly had given birth to her fry, I really dont know when it must have been yesterday at some point, anyway i saved 13 theres stil some swimming in the main tank i cant catch, im crumbling up my flakes to a powder and putting them in the water but trying to make them sink, is this right?

Yes, you can also feed baby brine shrimp, and I recently bought a powdered food called hikari first bites. It seems to be very good as well.

Ive successfully raised fry on ground up flake and dried bloodworms.

I presently have a nice young group of molly fry myself. What I am feeding them is what I feed the4 adults, since they are in the same tank. The concession I make to the fry is that I grind part of the food between my fingertips and I feed several times each day so that they are never very hungry. Fry just cannot go as long between feedings as the adults do.
Mollies, as a group, do better with foods that are higher in vegetable matter than many other fish do. That means I tend to make sure my mollies get things like spirulina flake along with typical tropical flake.
