just found my first 2 molie fry in my tank when i got home from work they are now in the breeding net i was just wondering what to feed them

just crush then a tiny bit of flake food between your finger tips and that will be fine, they will soon lurn to eat it.
U can also get liquifry #2 which is ok.

And ofcoure small ive foods live newly hatched brine shrimp and daphina

ask others im not sure but i think you can feed strained egg yolk
also maby hikari first bites
but i think thats for slightly older fish

A molly fry is a pretty good size. They need lots of finely crushed food but do not need things such as egg yolk. It wouldn't hurt them but that is generally a food for smaller fry. If you have any, a crushed up bit of spirulina flake goes over well with molly fry. Mollies need a diet rich in vegetable matter and spirulina flake is a decent source of it for them. I use the spirulina for my adults and always add some for the fry along with regular flake.

hikari first bites imo a waste of time and too small for livebearers as well

as said just use crushed flaek etc, nothing fancy needed for fry

liquifrys not needed either

Ditto about egg yolk. this if feed to much will also easily pollute the water and resualt in deaths of the weakest fish.

thanx for all the help. just so happy i found 2 fry after comming home from work. was planing on puttin mum in breeding net but seams i was a day 2 late
