What To Feed Baby Live Bearers?

I won't be able to run over to the LFS for at least a week and I had a Dalmatian Lyre-tail Molly give birth on Monday night, then I realized I don't have any food for the fry!
What would be good food for them. I have some Red-gold tuxedo guppy fry coming shortly too!

hikari first bites, micro pellets,daphina, brine shrimp, live foods that are small.You need those foods to keep em alive.

Yeah, I used Hikari First Bites and crushed flakes.  (You can put flakes in a bag and use a rolling pin or whatever to get them very small.)

Crushed flake will be fine for most common livebearer fry.

I have some guppy fry I feed them crushed fakes I just put em in a sandwich bag and crushed them with my fingers
