yes that sounds good, but more variety may be needed. Your "cleaner" shrimp wheter they be ghost shrimp or ammano shrimp, are going to be eaten. The foods you listed are good, but trying adding some more variety like carnivore pellets, krill, and shrimp (wheter they be pellets or human food shrimp) and other things like that would be good too.

they can tear a ghost shrimp (the same length as them) apart in about 5 seconds i just watched it had all but the head eaten in less than 5 minutes. LOVES GHOST SHRIMP
I have a brackish spotted green puffer, though i believe the two have same diets. mine is only about 1.5" right now and went through a very large 1-1.5" shrimp like it was cotton candy.
