What To Do With 75 Gallon?

I am soon going to be setting up a 75 gallon aquarium. I would go high tech planted, its just I already have a 90 gallon high tech planted, and I dont want to spend the $$. I really hope for it to be a breeding tank. Do you have any ideas for what I should do. I was thinking of breeding geophagus red head tapajos or some rarer angelfish. Do you guys have any other ideas?
