What to do when the house is full of fish?

Hmmm, breeding livebearers is really fun... But when my tanks start to overstock, what do I do then? Buy new tanks? A giant sized tank might do it, but where should I put it?
I assume the fish-stores around here won't take them, what's in it for them?
Maybe I should get some fish-eating animal... Pirahnas or turtles or something...

Or should I just stop breeding the poor fish?

mmmmm, a giant tank. just make sure its on a ground level floor or that the floor is really strong.
livebearers ARE fun to breed. call your lfs to see if they do take fish. some do and will give you store credit, some will just take ones that sell well. for example i have one that won't take fish from the public unless they are livebearers since these fish are popular and sell so fast they constantly have to order new stock. can't hurt to ask around. also, you could try pawning them off on friends and coworkers (getting some of my coworkers into the fish craze myself).

With "breeding" I didn't just mean letting my fish have fry, I meant raising them too... And I know that there are many tanks out there to buy... But where do I put all of these tanks? The population will grow exponentially I guess.

But I guess I will try to give them to some pet store, and if that doesn't work, I'll have to stop expanding my fishy empire.

unfortunatley with livebarers thats the prob, try lfs they may take them, also look in yellow pages and find some off the beaten track lfs who may have them
