What To Add?

Hi folks

I have a 6 x 2 x 2 tank (150 uk gallons?) with:

2 angels
2 bolivian rams (pair)
5 penguin tetras
3 baby Rainbow cichlids
6 cories
3 plecs (gibby, BN, royal)

I'm hopefully adding more tetras of a decent enough size so as not to be food (Columbians?) and am thinking of adding another cichlid or two to the tank.

The options seem to be a Keyhole, Sajica or a Geophagus sp "Tapajos Orange Head". I was wondering whether any of these would be happy as only specimens of their species? Some have told me Geos have to be kept in groups or pairs and I'm not sure that would suit the tank, but others have said one is fine. Any advice much appreciated.

IMO i think sajica males maybe to aggressive for that tank, keyholes would work even as a pair or group.

not sure on geo's.

Thanks I thought as much about the Sajica, but it was worth asking *lol*. Maybe someone can advise me re: geos before I order tomorrow? Thanks again!

they got my BGK which was great but they didnt kno what a birchir was when i asked.


doesnt help theyve hired that guy that doesnt kno fish from his own reflection..... the fool dropped one of my chalceus and i had to watch in horror as it flipped about on the floor.

No I'm not using Fish People any more, had enough *lol*. I'm going to Trimar this time. Although I might hold on and go to Pet City

are you only wanting cichlids or can i throw rainbow fish into the mix?

one of my fave fish, so active and friendly.

I'm very fond of rainbow fish, never had a chance to own them yet I'm on a very limited budget this time (you'd laugh if I told you *how* limited *pmsl*) so rainbows aren't for this time, but maybe next?
