What sort of pleco is this?

I bought this as a bristlenose pleco, but I don't see any bristles. Is it a female or just a young male? Or something else?

Sort of looks like a Green Spotted BNP. (Ancistrus Sp.)

Ah - I've looked up the Green Spotted, and it does look exactly like that!
Can you tell me if it's male or female yet?
