I've got one of those round cylinder bubble runs for my Co2 displacment and after checking the tank over last night, there appears to be a white slime in the very bottom of it up to about 1/4 of the run in height, then its clear. I havent taken it out of the tank to investigate, but it is slowing the bubbles down a little and when they leave it, they speed up again, so its definatly a thick consistancy.
I know its not residue from the two c02 generators i have, as these feed into a bubble counter, which is clear. It looks a little odd (could it be fish / snail / shrimp spawn), and wondered if you guys knew what it might be. All the fish are fine as are all the plants.
