What Size Is This Tank?

The lady I bought it from didn't really know, but said it was like about 25 gallons. So I told her it's probably a 29 gallon tank because it's more common.

Anyhow, here are the rough measurements.

Length: 23 15/16" or 23.9375 inches
Width: 12 1/2" or 12.5 inches
Height: 16 13/16" or 16.8125 inches

And would 100GPH filtering rate be sufficient?

That comes out to about 22 gallons.
