What Should I Do?

I have a 5.5 gallon aquarium and am not sure what to put in it.
I have a budget of $30.
I already have a penguin 100 filter and a 25 watt heater.
Please don't tell me that this tank is too small for anything.
Also I would not like bettas.
Plants and shrimps are welcome too.

What type of Endlers and Shrimp?

Black bar endlers and ghost, or cherry shrimp. Possibly come crystal shrimp

Ghost shrimp are awesome to watch, they're cheap too, 33¢ each. Great cleanup crew for leftover food.

I've never seen any Endlers available by me but then again, I wasn't really looking for them either.

I would add 3 or 4 Guppies. Male Guppies are also awesome to watch and one of the most active fish.

How does a couple 1 inch plecos sound until they grow up to be around a couple of inches then I could move them to a bigger tank?

I wouldn't do it, Plecos have a very high bio load and I don't think a filter can cope with 4 endlers ha Betta and a Pleco

Maybe a small Bristlenose female? They only get around 4 inches long when fully grown I believe. I'd say Otos would be good but they need to be kept in schools, preferably 6 or more.
