today i went to visit y grandmother in the nursing home and saw a dwarf gourami a red tailed shark and 3 electric yellow cichlids and they all looked liked they have been nipped at each other except for the biggest yellow cichlid i dot thnk they can live like that together what should i do about it maybe right them a letter or somethingi

Yes you could write them a letter and suggest alternative stocking that the residents might find more relaxing to watch, etc. Short of being prepared to take over responsibility for the tank though, there's nothing you can MAKE them do.

Don't think so. Like the OP said there is nothing you can 'make' them do, you can only 'suggest' things for them to do sadly .

okay i think i might write them a letter suggesting taking them back to the store the fish don't look happy there not active at all they just stay in there corners and there floating plants

Upto you, suggest them a better stocking for the tank. They'll either listen or not - nothing else you can do.

yeah give the letter a try m8! they might be glad of the advice. i don't think the fish are compatible and as soybean said, not exactly the most relaxing tank for the residents of an old folks home. hope they listen to your suggestions. let us know how you get on!!
