Good, maybe incorporate a heater and a small filtration unit that can run off 12 volts with a male cigarette lighter socket so it can be plugged into the female socket in a car and maybe an insulated see through lid? also if somehow you integrate your patented fish trap the Labs can easily be "dispensed" when each location is reached ! I`ve got a say something like that would be actually useful , I`ve seen a lot of threads about people in a dilema transporting fish.

Sorry Heather if you read the Wolf thread and just make sure to look for metalic elements or bands in the rocks (not good) also pouring vinegar on and watching for a reaction (id it fizzes it`s maybe not suitable) is said to work . If you post a picture of your would be rocks I`m sure Tanks or someone else might be able to identify them for you.

Well you can just see it now, I only started off with a few yellow labs!!!!!!

2 years later and 50 odd tanks scattered around his home. LOL

Thanks for asking Heather, there doing realy well, these red tail cats need to be moved on? LOL.

waiting for a 6fter so I can get some organisation into my house, maybe give the kids a bit of playing space. they would be great if put into the walls, but dont think the neighbours would be happy with me waving at them every morning LOL :good:

hiya i am just wondering what kind of rocks is every 1 using for there african set up ,,
and where is the best place to buy them from ?
thanks

I bought some cheap slate from a garden centre out the back, you could also get them from stone suppliers. They are really cheap to buy for the amount of pieces you can get off them. Make sure you scub them first!

My wife and neighbors already think I'm a bit looney. If I were to pay money for a rock... well, I think there would be a van showing up with a couple guys in white suits. I've seen some nice rocks in shops but I just can't bring myself to pay for something that's just lying around everywhere. That said, I do tend to keep an eye out for interesting rocks and have been known to come home with a couple in the car. Perhaps I AM a bit looney after all.
