That doesn't get big, so would be ok in a 22 gallon tank
And is fairly inexpensive too

What other fish have you got in the tank and how long has it been set up?

Is a Bristlenose a Pleco then? Does that mean an ancistrus is a Pleco?
Or are they 2 different things?

This would be for my silver AR620 (see signature) but I am removing the Black-Spot barbs shortly, so would only be the 5 pandas in there plus my fully grown bristlenose

The Bristlenose Catfish is quite often referred to as a Pleco, I should have been a bit clearer...
You should be fine with a Bristlenose in that tank, just provide plenty of hiding places and some bogwwod for them to rasp on.

ahh he's been in there for ages now, he's the love of my life, is he an actual pleco or just referred to as a pleco?

MOst people jsut call them a pleco as with many different species, but generally i think its a pleco as well...
as being an armoured catfish

Bristlenoses are an Ancistrus which falls under Pleco but it's kind of complicated. They all fall under the Loricadariide family and just usually get called plec, pleco, etc.

Wonderful, thanks for the info - I had a pleco this whole time and didn't even know... duh!
