What plants ?

below I have attached the substrate I am going to get as well as the light I am going to get, the tank is a 50L tank and it will be for a betta. I would like people to tell me what plants are going to be able to go in here without CO2 and without fertiliser. I am interested in a carpet but if I cannot get one that’s fine.

A bit depends on if you have hard or soft water. I was able to carpet with Echinorodus quadricostatus very easily in an aquarium with inert substrate but the ph is around 5.5 which probably helped a lot.
