Well, I've got my first aquarium, currently doing a fish in cycle, unfortunately but we'll ignore that for now...

I currently have one marimo ball (moss ball) and a couple of fake plants. I'm interested in adding more live plants as they just look better

What plants are quite hardy, if that's the right wording and easy to... keep alive.

Thanks

-Geoff

it really depends on what sort of plant you are wanting,
i have a nice carpeting plant called java moss for sale if you are interested,
if you want some nice tall leafy plants you can go wrong with some amazon swords.

Amazing. Two plants that ive chosen from a pinned thread. Ive just ordered 3 amazon swords and im considering java moss for the front

amazon swords grow huge, they are not really good for a beginner. you should look for

vallis
Cryptocorynes
Java fern ((has to be tied to something away from the substrate))
Anubias (has to be tied to something away from the substrate)
