Hey folks. I have a fluval roma 90 and want to make the tank pretty with some plants and bogwood. however i dont want the hassle of running a CO2 and ferts setup. What plants can i have in my tank that will grow happily on my standard T8 lighting and no CO2 and ferts. I currently have 2 plants in there (theyre basically just dozens of very thin leaves and they're now about 10" tall and I think they'll one day make the surface.

What is your WPG (Watts per gallon)

Take your total wattage from your lights and divide it by your total tank size in gallons.

Click on my sig where it says "Plants and Cichlids" and see the plants there.

Hi, i believe you are supposed to tie it at the base of the stem, because if you tie the roots then it might restrict movement,
also, i would use cotton wool to tie the plant, because by the time its rotted the plant will have attached its self anyway, so you dont have the hassle of removing it.

Hope this helps
correct me if i'm wrong
