What Other Fish For A 10G Tank With 3 Guppies

The tanks planted (2small plants) its square.

Its having 3 guppies in it (currently cycling) what other fish could i have in it? its got alot of space for a 10g.

How many tetras would stock the tank nicely? i rear they where only good in a well cycled tank mines not fully cycled yet? id say its about a week off.

Neon tetras don't do very well in new tanks, you're best off leaving it 6 months before thinking about neons.

Choose a hardier species of tetra or cyprinid, such as Ember tetras or boraras species.

I Had two neon tetra's i got when i did a "Fish-In" Cycle.

i did orginally have 15.


But they died from stress or because its a new tank

there was 4 of them

but the betta got them he then died of dropsy
